How we let AI draft replies without letting it send them
AI AND AUTOMATION
Why not let AI just reply?
Because it's your name on the message. AI is good at reading an enquiry and writing a sensible first draft. It's not good at knowing that this customer is a friend of yours, or that you've already spoken on the phone.
How the approval step works
- An enquiry arrives by form, email or WhatsApp.
- AI sorts it: what the person wants, how urgent it is, and whether it's a likely customer.
- AI drafts a reply in your tone, using only facts you've given it.
- The draft sits in a queue. You or your team read it, change anything, and press Approve.
- Only then does it send, and the record shows who approved it and when.
What you get
Replies go out faster, because the writing is done. Nothing goes out that you haven't seen. And your inbox stops being the place enquiries go to be forgotten.
